Visde Labs

Visde Labs takes a unified approach to solving problems, drawing on skills from engineering, social sciences, design, and management theory. We embrace a methodology of problem framing and opportunity finding to produce creative solutions. Visde Labs uses design thinking to solve complex problems. Visde Labs was founded by Rachel Powers: Designer, Consultant and Educator. With 20 years of teaching experience in K-12 & graduate-levels. Former Professor at Northwestern University, Segal Design Institute and the IIT Institute of Design. She currently works with PK-12 schools on design thinking - from integrating into the classroom, developing curriculum, conducting workshops, training to working collaboratively with Teachers, Students, Administrators, Boards and Parents. Rachel holds K-12 teaching credentials. BFA and MAT.
