We have started a two-year curricular program based on the principles established by the Stanford d School. We offer semester courses in design principles and sustainable design, which are prerequisites to a year-long course in advanced design. Additionally, we are planning to offer a variety of one to three day workshops on a variety of design-related topics and a summer camp program to introduce middle school students to design thinking. We have recently completed a 2000 sq. foot design center that includes a design studio, maker-space, and gallery adjacent to our technology center.
